Developed and Implemented dynamic customizable Patient Portal for a Hospital located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as Solution Architect. It is a secure online website that gives patients 24/7 access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a Patient medical record number as Username and Password, patients can view, explore and print health information such as appointments, allergies, medications , surgeries , vital signs , lab result , radiology report , Medical reports , visit notice , admission notice , companion notice. Also MyChart give the patients access to request update information, medical reports, social services and medication refill requests.

The main goal of Telemedicine portal is to provide better healthcare not only in distributed geographical areas, where many patients are in need to expert help, but also in areas where only novice doctors exist. Our Telemedicine portal with it’s state of the art technology offers a robust communication mechanism between specialist doctors and facilitate the transfer of patient medical data securely. Using this portal and information based on transferred medical record, any medical expert might provide a better opinion for a patient in a specific condition.

CPOE is an advance clinical application that enables providers to enter an order for a medication, clinical laboratory & radiology test, or any procedure directly into the computer with desktop or tablet devices like iPad. The system comes with full integration to the appropriate HIS ancillary application for order communication and completion.

The solution immediately scans and indexes patient documents enabling analysts, through workflow management, to competently manage information on the encounter and patient levels, resulting in quicker identification of deficiencies and assignment of tasks to physicians. Deficiencies may then be corrected by physicians instantly from any location. Analysts are then able to quickly re-analyze the chart to ensure the deficiencies have been resolved. This method has been proven to decrease chart delinquency rates within facilities.

EHR module is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ATCB according to the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
