Developed and Implemented dynamic customizable Patient Portal (also referred as MyChart for patients) for a Hospital located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It is a secure online website that gives patients 24/7 access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using a Patient medical record number as Username and Password, patients can view, explore and print health information such as appointments, allergies, medications , surgeries , vital signs , lab result , radiology report , Medical reports , visit notice , admission notice , companion notice. Also MyChart gives the patients access to request update their information, medical reports, social services and medication refill requests.
