Integrated Clinician Portal and Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) with MEDITECH Client Server (5.64) with bi-directional flows of transactions. The goal of the Portal is to provide physicians with an efficient, fast, comprehensive, intuitive, point of care application that will enhance clinical decision-making, provide for patientsafety and improve the quality of patient care. It integrates any form of data, whether paper or electronic, and displays it in any web-based browser for easy maneuverability.
The result is a unified patient electronic health record that is easy to use and maximizes the view of patient information.
One of dynamic component of CPOE is designed for Nurses for reviewing and completing orders that lack certain data filed that are needed for placing final order in the ancillary system.
